The Lakes at Litchfield to Host Clubhouse Grand Re-opening and Artist Reception
PAWLEYS ISLAND, S.C. August 4, 2009 - In this position, Sinish will supervise all dining staff as they create an upscale dining experience for members and their guests. His distinguished background includes stints as an executive chef at restaurants and private clubs throughout the Carolinas.
Sinish graduated from the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York, with a degree in Culinary Arts. Prior to the Lakes at Litchfield, he gained culinary experience working as the owner and executive chef at Flavours Catering in North Myrtle Beach, S.C. He has also been an executive chef at many restaurants including Oak Harbour Restaurant in North Myrtle Beach, S.C., Sea Trail Plantation in Sunset Beach, N.C., and Asheville Downtown City Club in Asheville, N.C. Sinish has held many honorary positions such as a professor of culinary arts for the Horry/Georgetown Technical College and the vice president of the American Culinary Federation in Myrtle Beach, S.C.
