Care has been taken to put your current needs at heart, as well as your needs for the future.

For ease and convenience, your washer and dryer are just off the kitchen. Weekly housekeeping ensures your home will always be bright and clean. Everything you need is right at your fingertips allowing you to remain independent yet pampered!

Daily housekeeping attends to those heavy laundry items, but you still have full access to everything you need to remain independent, yet pampered!

The floor plans range from 800 to 1100 square feet, and allow the spacious feeling of a home where you can choose to entertain or just relax and enjoy the view.

One Bedroom Two Bedroom

Each appliance such as dishwasher, microwave, stove, refrigerator, washer and dryer are all full size and maintained by our staff. Help is just a phone call away. No longer will you have to wait for a repair man to show up or write a check for the service. It's all taken care of.

Each apartment has inside access through a beautiful main lobby, with easy access to the elevator if needed, or directly to the parking lots, courtyard, or many walkways that surround the building. All services including your mailbox are under one roof. You will no longer have to brave the elements to pick up your mail, go to dinner or meet friends for cocktails.
